Singletrack supports Peel Hunt’s joined-up service philosophy

Having conducted a data management and reporting review, and cleaned up their data, Peel Hunt decided to extend use of the Singletrack Edge CRM and research distribution platform and adopt Singletrack’s best practice methodology.

Data editing is now confined to a specified user group, and an individual has been nominated to coordinate the creation of all the Singletrack reports required - bespoke, daily, weekly etc.

The firm has been able to create a culture of information sharing where everyone can see that entering the appropriate information on all client interactions to the system is for the greater good of our business. CRM information is now considered crucial to the business and staff have personal KPIs set against their utilisation of Singletrack. 

Easy monitoring and evaluation

Singletrack allows comprehensive oversight of resource input and related research payments; the system is also used to monitor broker votes very closely.

Peel Hunt sends research notes, mass emails and sales’ morning emails  through Singletrack. Consequently it is easy to see who received reports, where emails bounced back and who has read research. Analysts find it easy to do because they’ve all been trained to make full use of the system and have the necessary templates etc.
